While our Central Division focuses on large-scale infrastructure, the Strategic Projects Division is built for smaller-scale contracts. We recognize that not every project requires a $100M footprint, but every project does require the same level of sophisticated management and Russell Quality. This division is specifically designed to handle projects up to $2 million.

We have highly skilled, certified tradesmen that allow us to service our customers quickly and at the highest level of quality and craftsmanship. SPD is well versed in complicated and phased interior build out projects and renovations. We prefer to work with Owners from the beginning planning phase of their project to ensure we have thought through every phase of the project and the Owner’s end goals are being met.
