The RCA team & their families came together to celebrate the holiday season at our annual Christmas party.

Held at the Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts, this gathering offers a rare opportunity for our entire professional family—including spouses and children—to connect and celebrate the year’s successes. In keeping with our tradition of supporting our team’s families, RCA was honored to provide holiday gifts for the children and grandchildren of our employees.

A highlight of the lunch was the recognition of three dedicated team members for their long-standing commitment to the firm. We are incredibly proud to celebrate the 15-year anniversaries of:

2025 Employee of the Year: Daniel Cox

The evening concluded with the announcement of our Employee of the Year. This award is particularly significant as it is determined by a blind vote from the entire staff.

This year’s recipient, Daniel Cox, has demonstrated exceptional professional growth since joining our team. Transitioning from an assistant role to a lead Project Manager, Daniel has consistently delivered excellence. His 2025 standout achievement was the successful completion and securing of the Certificate of Occupancy for the Montgomery Department of Human Resources—a complex, 125,000-square-foot renovation project.
